You Are Not Behind

I didn't take the expected route.

I started in hospitality. Then moved into executive support. Then into marketing. Every shift felt like a detour at the time. Like I was falling behind, choosing the wrong thing, or starting over too many times.

It took years to understand that it wasn't failure. That was just how I was built.

The Life Lab exists because I couldn't find a place that spoke honestly to people like me. People whose path doesn't follow the script. Not hustle culture. Not "follow your passion." Not a five-year plan that assumes you already know what you want.

Just real, practical thinking for people who are figuring it out as they go.

If you're in your 20s or 30s and you feel stuck, behind, or like you picked the wrong thing, you didn't end up here by accident.
